- 01What is the turnaround time for custom embroidery orders? Custom embroidery orders have a 3–4 week turnaround time after the order is placed. How long does it take for scrubs to ship? All scrub orders (without embroidery) ship within 3–5 days after the order is placed. What about scrubs with add-on embroidery? Scrubs with add-on embroidery ship within 7–10 days after the order is placed.

- 07What is your return, exchange, and cancellation policy? All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. What if there is an error with my order? If you receive an item with an error made by Rayne & Company, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can assist you. Do you accept returns or exchanges for scrubs? Scrubs are final sale. Please refer to our size chart prior to ordering to ensure you select the correct size. - 10A $10 design fee applies to custom orders that require mockups. This fee is deducted from your total once your order is placed. -What counts as a custom order? Any design that is not listed for purchase on the website. Commenting under a product listed on the website to request a new design is not considered a valid order, since pricing depends on the design itself.
